Statement: The purpose of this mixed method study is twofold: to (a) determine
teachers’ and parents’ perceptions towards parental involvement, and (b) discover
school quality programs that will improve parent involvement in alternative
schools.

I think that we sometimes look for the answer to these questions in the wrong places. Parents should be held more accountable and required to be involved in their children's education. Good job!

ReplyDelete1. Remove "the" before parents' and teachers' in your first two research questions (i.e., What are teachers' perceptions...)
2. For last RQ, maybe change to
"What school quality programs are being implemented in other alternative schools that could assist in improving parent involvement at the alternate school in the southeast?
or something like this...
